IT Director – Digital Strategy & Innovation (Rif. 1259)
Per una primaria azienda industriale italiana, solida, strutturata e in fase di rinnovamento tecnologico, selezioniamo un/una Direttore IT, chiamato/a a guidare la trasformazione digitale dei sistemi informativi in linea con gli obiettivi strategici dell’organizzazione. L’azienda opera in ambito manifatturiero con una filiera produttiva verticalizzata e una forte spinta verso innovazione, integrazione e valorizzazione del dato. La cultura interna premia il merito, l’attenzione alla qualità e l’efficienza organizzativa. Il ruolo, centrale nella struttura aziendale, unisce visione strategica e presidio tecnico-operativo, con responsabilità trasversali sui processi chiave: operations, supply chain, finance, HR, commerciale e qualità.
Il ruoloA diretto riporto della Direzione Generale e in collaborazione con tutte le funzioni aziendali, il/la Direttore IT sarà responsabile della definizione, implementazione e gestione della strategia digitale aziendale, assicurando performance, sicurezza e continuità operativa dei sistemi.
Responsabilità principali- Definire e attuare la strategia IT, in coerenza con gli obiettivi di crescita e innovazione aziendale
- Supervisionare i sistemi informativi applicativi (ERP, CRM, MES, BI, documentale) e infrastrutturali
- Gestire e coordinare il team IT interno e i partner esterni (software house, consulenti, system integrator)
- Promuovere la trasformazione digitale in chiave process-driven e data-driven
- Introdurre e mantenere modelli evoluti di cybersecurity, compliance e business continuity
- Garantire l’integrazione tra sistemi, la qualità del dato e l’interoperabilità tra le piattaforme
- Monitorare i KPI tecnologici e gestire il budget IT con visione strategica e controllo economico
- Essere partner proattivo della Direzione e dei responsabili di funzione per lo sviluppo di soluzioni efficaci
- Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria Gestionale o discipline STEM
- Consolidata esperienza nella direzione di sistemi informativi in contesti industriali strutturati
- Ottima conoscenza dei principali ERP aziendali (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Zucchetti o affini)
- Competenze avanzate in ambito infrastruttura, cloud, architetture ibride, networking, sicurezza IT
- Capacità di leadership, gestione del cambiamento e project management
- Ottima padronanza degli strumenti di reportistica, analisi e integrazione applicativa
- Inglese professionale (scritto e parlato)
- Un’azienda solida e in evoluzione, con una vision concreta sull’innovazione tecnologica
- Un ruolo centrale e visibile, con ampio margine decisionale e impatto trasversale
