Key job responsibilities
Labour Relations Strategy
- Strategy Development: Support the Head of Country to create and implement the EXR strategy.
- Country Execution: deliver business line-specific goals and key initiatives, adhering to the approved EXR priorities and standards.
- Risk Mitigation: Utilise expertise in employee and labour relations to identify potential issues, predict risks, and develop effective strategies to mitigate them.
- Own Your ER Environment: Monitor your internal EXR environment through standard tools and mechanisms, as well as your external operating context (including new regulations and peer practices).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain influential relationships with Operations, as well as other critical stakeholders, to gather information, feedback, support.

Il responsabile delle Risorse Umane supervisionerà tutte le attività della funzione risorse umane (amministrazione, gestione, recruiting, formazione, relazioni sindacali). Il ruolo risponde alla direzione generale e prevede il coordinamento di un team di collaboratori.

Il candidato ideale è un giovane professionista HR che abbia già ricoperto un ruolo da supervisor o da business partner nella funzione risorse umane e che voglia mettersi in gioco per crescere ulteriormente. È richiesta una buona capacità di lavorare con i numeri (approccio analitico, valutazione costi hr, fogli excel). Disponibilità, approccio al lavoro proattivo e la capacità di gestire, nella quotidianità, un ambiente estremamente dinamico, completano il profilo.

È previsto l’ingresso in azienda con contratto a tempo indeterminato.

La sede di lavoro è a Sud di Roma.

Posizione: HR Manager

Luogo di Lavoro: Bari

  • Tipo di Contratto: Tirocinio di 6 mesi, con possibilità di assunzione a tempo indeterminato

Responsabilità:

  • Sviluppare e implementare strategie HR in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali.
  • Gestire l'intero ciclo di vita dei dipendenti, dalla selezione alla formazione e sviluppo.
  • Garantire la conformità normativa e gestire le questioni relative alle risorse umane.
  • Collaborare con i dipartimenti per favorire un ambiente di lavoro positivo e produttivo.
  • Condurre valutazioni delle prestazioni e programmi di retention dei talenti.
  • Risolvere efficacemente le questioni di relazioni sindacali o dipendenti.
  • Mantenere aggiornata la politica aziendale risorse umane.

Requisiti preferenziali:

  • Laurea in Risorse Umane, Psicologia Industriale o campo correlato.
  • Esperienza consolidata in ruoli HR, preferibilmente con responsabilità manageriali.
  • Eccellenti competenze comunicative e capacità di gestione delle relazioni interpersonali.
  • Conoscenza approfondita delle leggi del lavoro e delle best practice HR.
  • Orientamento ai risultati e capacità di problem-solving.
  • Abilità organizzative e attenzione ai dettagli.
  • Certificazione HR (desiderabile).

HR Manager

In qualità di HR Manager, ti occuperai di:

  • Definire e implementare strategie HR in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali.
  • Gestire i processi di recruiting, onboarding e sviluppo delle risorse.
  • Supervisionare le attività di amministrazione del personale e relazioni sindacali.
  • Promuovere iniziative di formazione, valutazione delle performance e talent management.
  • Garantire la conformità alle normative in materia di lavoro e sicurezza.
  • Supportare la direzione nel disegno di piani di crescita organizzativa e di employer branding.


Il/la candidato/a ideale deve avere:

  • Laurea in discipline umanistiche, economiche o giuridiche (preferibile master in HR Management).
  • Almeno 5-7 anni di esperienza in ruoli HR, con responsabilità gestionali.
  • Ottime competenze in ambito organizzazione, sviluppo e gestione del personale.
  • Conoscenza della normativa del lavoro e contrattualistica.
  • Eccellenti capacità comunicative e di leadership.
  • Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata).


Costituiscono un plus:

  • Esperienza in contesti internazionali o in aziende in rapida crescita.
  • Conoscenza di strumenti digitali HR (ATS, LMS, HRM software).
  • Capacità di progettare politiche di welfare aziendale e piani di engagement.
