Cryptorefills is looking for a Senior C# Developer to take full ownership of our crypto payment processors, which powers cryptocurrency payments on our platform. You will play a key role in maintaining and evolving our crypto payment system, working closely with the CTO, founder, and backend team to implement new coins and blockchain networks.
This is a full-time, remote position for candidates based in Italy, with flexibility in employment type (self-employed or contract).

What You’ll Do- Lead & maintain: Take full ownership of our self-hosted crypto payment processor integration, making architectural decisions and driving improvements.
- Refactor & optimize: Continuously enhance code for performance, maintainability, and scalability.
- Implement New Coins/Blockchains: Work closely with the CTO, founder, and backend team to integrate additional coins and blockchain networks.
- Ensure security & reliability: Design and maintain robust payment processing systems with strong security standards.
- Collaborate & innovate: Participate in daily team stand-ups, code reviews, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge sharing.
- Language/Framework: C#, .NET
- Infrastructure: Docker, AWS (ECS, EC2, RDS), MySQL, and other cloud services.
- Crypto/Blockchain: Different blockchains such as Ethereum.
- 5+ years of experience in software development.
- Highly skilled in C# and .NET.
- Passion for clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Experience with backend development, APIs, and payment processing.
- Ability to work independently and take full responsibility for a critical component.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Experience with (crypto) payment processors.
