JOB PURPOSE:
We are looking for a Marketing Intern that will support the team to drive our marketing agenda and elevate our business against a backdrop of changing consumer behaviour and competitive pressures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

CHI CERCHIAMO:

  • Gestire pubblicazioni, campagne social e attività di community management;
  • Monitorare risultati e performance, proponendo ottimizzazioni basate sui dati.


Sei la persona giusta se hai:

  • Laurea in Marketing, Comunicazione o titoli equivalenti, con una specializzazione in Social Media Strategy;
  • Esperienza nel medesimo ruolo di almeno 3/5 anni e in contesti aziendali strutturati;
  • Ottima conoscenza dei principali canali social (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok);
  • Capacità di scrittura per diversi target (B2B e B2C);
  • Competenza nell’uso di strumenti come Meta Business Suite, Excel, Power Point, Canva, Suite Adobe, ecc.;
  • Capacità di analisi ed interpretazione dei dati e di utilizzo dei tool di analytics;

JOB SCOPE

The Marketing Specialist will be focusing on managing and developing marketing collaterals within our Plaza Premium Lounges. This role will be responsible for ensuring that all in-lounge marketing materials align with brand guidelines, enhance the customer journey and support our global and regional partnership initiatives. The ideal candidate will also have a strong creative eye and contribute to content creation for social media, showcasing our premium lounge experience to a wider audience.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Collaterals Management

  • Coordinate the design, production and placement of marketing collaterals (posters, digital screens, brochures, signage, etc.) across lounges.
  • Ensure all materials reflect the Plaza Premium brand identity and meet quality standards.
  • Liaise with procurement, lounge operations and partner brands to deliver timely rollouts.
  • Track performance of marketing activations within lounges and provide reporting/insights.

Content & Creative Support

  • Work closely with the marketing team to ideate and produce content that highlights lounge services, brand partnerships and customer experiences.
  • Capture, edit and curate high-quality visual content (photos, videos) for both internal and external use.
  • Support social media campaigns by providing lounge-specific content that strengthens brand storytelling.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with procurement, sales and operations teams to align on activations that drive both brand visibility and revenue.

Brand Standards & Customer Experience

  • Act as a brand guardian within the lounges, ensuring all touchpoints reflect Plaza Premium’s premium positioning.
  • Continuously assess lounge marketing visibility and propose improvements.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality, travel or luxury sectors.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Creative eye for design and content creation;

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to create a synergical and remarkable Sales & Marketing team!


Our Marketing Executive will synergically liaise with all Sales & Marketing team members and HODs and report to the Director of Sales & Marketing.


This position is responsible for the day-to-day Marketing activities to ensure an effective presence and positioning for the opening Corinthia Rome.


What you’ll focus on

To assist the Director of Sales & Marketing, ensuring the Marketing activities’ development and success in compliance with Corinthia SOPs:


  • Coordinating the implementation of activities outlined in the Marketing Plan,
  • Developing the day to day creation of key marketing collateral items in accordance with Corinthia brand guidelines and managing the distribution of all collateral upon delivery at Hotel,
  • Monitoring the competitive set weekly,
  • Keeping abreast of newest trends and innovations in the Luxury Hospitality industry,
  • Assisting the Director of Sales & Marketing in rolling out marketing initiatives,
  • Taking a proactive approach to Marketing activity, anticipating potential opportunities,
  • Maintaining effective communication within the S&M department and liaising synergically with the other departments to ensure good communication and to offer support when necessary,
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reporting on Marketing activities,
  • Monitoring subscribes to newsletters and brochures,
  • Analysing key event seasonal activities,
  • Cooperating with the Sales & Marketing, Revenue and Reservations colleagues to understand the business needs and coordinating the development of plans to support strategic objectives,
  • Keeping up to date with Hotel facilities and amenities, ensuring the Property benefits,
  • Focusing on producing results through active involvement with the Sales & Marketing team and the Guests whilst maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude.



Who we are looking for:


  • At least 2-3 years of experience as Marketing Executive preferably within Luxury hospitality,
  • Proven experience in Digital Marketing,
  • Proficiency in Italian and English (written and spoken),
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills,
  • High ability to interpret and report Marketing and Competitive set information,
  • Degree in Economics or Communication is preferable,
  • Microsoft Office and Canvas high skills,
  • A proactive, collaborative, team working mindset, flexibility, time management, confidentiality and high attention to details are a must,
  • Legal right to work in Italy.

The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for driving service demand and footfall through B2C, B2B2C, and B2B communications, utilizing a combination of walk-in and online marketing and promotion tactics for Italy & Spain. You will also drive revenue, marketing value and brand awareness through strategic regional and local partnerships, while enhancing the overall customer experience and promoting the country. Additionally, this position requires driving Smart Traveller’s member acquisition and engagement through targeted, data-driven campaigns and effective communication.


The right candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop effective, quantifiable and measurable marketing, promotion and partnership strategies that drive business KPIs and brand awareness. You will implement campaigns and manage projects in a timely manner, upholding high standards of quality and customer-centricity.


Your role will also include developing marketing and partnership implementation plans with local players.

You are adept at analyzing data, market trends and consumer behaviour, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies and execute plans for the Group’s various lines of business and services in your country. With a strong understanding of local market requirements, you will set standards and guidelines to fulfill the needs of the region. Support for global initiatives may also be needed.


As a highly motivated self-starter and results-driven manager, you will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and multicultural environment, conducting market intelligence analysis, providing guidance to the local marketing team.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Develop and execute local Marketing and Partnership strategies and marketing execution plans to drive revenue and customer experiences for all PPG lines of business (lounges, transit hotels, Airport Dining, Meet & Greet Concierge and Airport Passenger Service)
  • Responsibility for Italy & Spain Marketing Team to implement regional/global marketing and partnership campaigns and initiatives effectively.
  • Utilize data and insights to develop effective and ROI-driven marketing programs and business plans that drive revenue and maximize cross-business offerings.
  • Project manage marketing campaigns, ensuring comprehensive business and operational planning and timely execution with various stakeholders, including business partners and channel owners, such as Operations, eCommerce, Brand, Loyalty, Sales and Business Development teams.
  • Analyse market trends, customer behaviour and brand-building opportunities to inform marketing and partnership strategies.
  • Oversee marketing and promotional content development and execution across key PPG channels, including point-of-sale, websites, app, CRM platforms and corporate sales.
  • Work closely with Design team and marketing agencies/vendors to ensure effective marketing messages and visual impact and maintain brand consistency.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 10 years' solid marketing and partnership experience on a regional or global level, preferably in the aviation industry.
  • Solid track record of developing, executing and managing effective marketing & partnership campaigns.
  • Self-motivated and committed to achieving revenue target and marketing values.
  • A strong executor and project leader.
  • Guiding team members to implement marketing & partnership strategies and campaigns.
  • Excellent project management, time management and people management skills.
  • Good business sense. Strong data analytics and insights for reporting and presentation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders across all levels.
