As a Sommelier at Zuma, you’ll pair exceptional wines and sakes with unforgettable moments, ensuring smooth service, maximizing sales, and delivering top-tier customer satisfaction. Elevate the Zuma dining experience with your wine and sake expertise!
Zuma is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection, inspired by the dynamic Izakaya dining style. This role will be based in Zuma Rome. Located in the iconic Palazzo Fendi, with a stunning restaurant and beautiful roof terrace overlooking the “eternal city”, this restaurant is an essential experience in Rome. Zuma Rome is proud to be part of the Azumi Collection.
Main Duties
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver seamless and efficient wine and sake service daily
- Use your in-depth knowledge of wine, sake, and food pairings to enhance guest experiences and drive sales
- Manage wine and sake stock levels and oversee ordering procedures with accuracy and care
- Monitor and maintain wine and sake service equipment, addressing any needs with management
- Build relationships with regular guests and high-value customers, creating lasting connections
- Handle guest feedback professionally, keeping senior management informed of key updates

Humangest spa, Società specializzata nella Ricerca e Selezione del personale, ricerca per importante azienda cliente operante nel settore Hotellerie/Horeca di lusso, un/a Sommelier
La risorsa, inserita all'interno dello staff, si occuperà di:
· Servire e consigliare i clienti sui migliori abbinamenti tra vini e cibo;
· Collaborare con il bar manager e i responsabili della sala/cucina;
· Gestire la cantina e la carta vini/distillati;
· Gestione e monitoraggio delle scorte e giacenze.
Richiediamo:
· Diploma di Sommelier o partecipazione a corsi con eventuali certificazioni (A.I.S., FISAR o simili);
· Esperienza pregressa in locali di lusso, food&beverage con cantine di qualità;
· Ottima conoscenza dei vini e distillati;
· Buona attitudine commerciale e forte orientamento al cliente;
· Disponibilità al servizio notturno;
· Capacità di lavorare in team e in contesti dinamici;
· Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
· Preferibile domicilio a Milano.
Offriamo: Inserimento diretto in azienda cliente a tempo determinato o indeterminato, con RAL e inquadramento da valutare in base all'esperienza + maggiorazioni per lavoro notturno/domenicale;
Orario di lavoro: Su 5 giorni dal lunedì alla domenica con 2 di riposo, con turni serali, dalle 18:00-02:30 oppure 19:00-03:30/20:00-04:30;
Luogo di lavoro: Milano zona Turati (MI).

Offerta di lavoro – Head Sommelier | Al Ceppo, Roma
Al Ceppo è un ristorante elegante nel cuore di Roma, da oltre 50 anni punto di riferimento per una cucina di tradizione marchigiana con un tocco romano, servita in un ambiente raffinato ma accogliente. Notevole è la carta dei vini con più di 1200 etichette, con particolare focus su Italia e Francia (Borgogna nello specifico)
Siamo alla ricerca di una figura professionale da inserire nel nostro team di sala come Head Sommelier , con inizio previsto da settembre 2025 .
Cosa cerchiamo
Un professionista del servizio di sala con:
- Esperienza consolidata nel ruolo in ristoranti di pari livello
- Ottima capacità di gestione del rango in autonomia
- Conoscenza approfondita del mondo del vino (italiano e francese)
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese per interazione con clientela internazionale
- Capacità di gestione operativa della cantina : ordini, rifornimenti, rotazione, cura della carta vini
- Passione per l’accoglienza e cura del cliente
- Predisposizione al lavoro in team
Cosa offriamo
- Inizio contratto da settembre 2025
- Contratto full-time con due giorni liberi a settimana
- RAL indicativa: €32.000 lordi/anno variabile in base all'esperienza
