HR DIRECTOR

Responsabilità Principali

  • Collaborare con la Direzione all’organizzazione delle unità aziendali, definendo ruoli, responsabilità e compiti
  • Definire e implementare la strategia HR in linea con gli obiettivi istituzionali e di mercato
  • Promuovere l’innovazione digitale e metodologica nei processi formativi e di selezione
  • Analizzare e strutturare i processi e le procedure organizzative aziendali
  • Assicurare la redazione e la diffusione della documentazione organizzativa (organigrammi, circolari, disposizioni interne, procedure)
  • Coordinare tutte le fasi di gestione del personale: selezione, onboarding, valutazione, formazione
  • Contribuire alla definizione delle politiche di sviluppo del personale, performance management e piani di carriera
  • Definire e monitorare i KPI relativi all’efficienza delle risorse umane
  • Supervisionare l’iter amministrativo relativo a contratti: assunzioni, proroghe, trasformazioni e cessazioni

Requisiti Richiesti

  • Laurea in materie umanistiche
  • Master in Organizzazione Aziendale o Risorse Umane
  • Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel medesimo ruolo, preferibilmente in aziende strutturate
  • Solida conoscenza della normativa sul lavoro e dei principali contratti collettivi
  • Ottime capacità organizzative, relazionali e decisionali

Chief of People


Chief of People responsibilities include designing and evaluating career paths, overseeing all HR functions and crafting strategies that meet company business goals.


Responsibilities
  1. Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team and abroad HR department, providing insights and recommendations on people-related matters
  2. Work closely with the leadership team to ensure effective objective setting & performance reviews.

About This Opportunity:

We seek a highly experienced HR Director for the EMEA region to lead and coordinate all human resources operations, compliance and employee relations processes for our offices in Italy, France, UK, and Germany.   • Operations:

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience within a multinational environment, with a strong focus on labour relations and compliance.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Italian and English. Knowledge of French is a plus!
  • Experience in HR and Employee relations within the EMEA region both within Italy and other key countries across EMEA (such as France, Germany, UK and/or Netherlands).
  • In-depth knowledge of Italian labour laws, union relations, and dispute management.
  • Extensive expertise in HR Operations, payroll administration and related HR functions.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CCNL Metalmeccanica e Industra CONFAPI is beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Economics, or related fields; a Master’s in HR Management is a plus.

  • Provide consultation, guidance and support to managerial teams and HRBPs on matters related to performance, professional development and conflict resolution.
  • Monitor and manage HR-related KPIs, regularly reporting to the global headquarters.
  • Partner with the finance team on reports and audits.
  • Regularly work with our internal and external Legal teams on employment related matters to manage risk and ensure compliance, while managing a positive and fair employee experience.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience within a multinational environment, with a strong focus on labour relations and compliance.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Italian and English. Knowledge of French is a plus!
  • Experience in HR and Employee relations within the EMEA region both within Italy and other key countries across EMEA (such as France, Germany, UK and/or Netherlands).
  • In-depth knowledge of Italian labour laws, union relations, and dispute management.
  • Extensive expertise in HR Operations, payroll administration and related HR functions.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CCNL Metalmeccanica e Industra CONFAPI is beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Economics, or related fields; a Master’s in HR Management is a plus.

Chief of People


Chief of People responsibilities include designing and evaluating career paths, overseeing all HR functions and crafting strategies that meet company business goals.


Responsibilities
  1. Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team and abroad HR department, providing insights and recommendations on people-related matters
  2. Work closely with the leadership team to ensure effective objective setting & performance reviews.
  3. Formulate career development plans
  4. Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention, including conducting surveys and implementing action plans based on feedback
  5. Promote inclusion in the workplace and reinforce the company position as an equal opportunity employer in the industry
  6. Collaborate with department heads to identify current and future hiring needs.
  7. Ensure the hiring, onboarding and management procedures are lean and efficient
  8. Work with the finance department to run and supervise the payroll process
  9. Liaise with external consultants (job and legal)
  10. Develop HR policies and make sure people comply with it

Requirements and skills
  1. Work experience as a Chief HR Officer, VP of HR or similar role
  2. Experience in strategic planning
  3. In-depth knowledge of all HR functions
  4. Hands-on experience with HR software (Success factors, salesforce)
  5. Good understanding of Italian labor legislation
  6. Excellent leadership abilities
  7. Communication and problem-solving skills
  8. BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
  9. Fluency or C1 level in English is a must

Responsabilità Principali

  • Collaborare con la Direzione all’organizzazione delle unità aziendali, definendo ruoli, responsabilità e compiti
  • Definire e implementare la strategia HR in linea con gli obiettivi istituzionali e di mercato
  • Promuovere l’innovazione digitale e metodologica nei processi formativi e di selezione
  • Analizzare e strutturare i processi e le procedure organizzative aziendali
  • Assicurare la redazione e la diffusione della documentazione organizzativa (organigrammi, circolari, disposizioni interne, procedure)
  • Coordinare tutte le fasi di gestione del personale: selezione, onboarding, valutazione, formazione
  • Contribuire alla definizione delle politiche di sviluppo del personale, performance management e piani di carriera
  • Definire e monitorare i KPI relativi all’efficienza delle risorse umane
  • Supervisionare l’iter amministrativo relativo a contratti: assunzioni, proroghe, trasformazioni e cessazioni

Requisiti Richiesti

  • Laurea in materie umanistiche
  • Master in Organizzazione Aziendale o Risorse Umane

  • Solida conoscenza della normativa sul lavoro e dei principali contratti collettivi
