Responsabilità Principali
- Collaborare con la Direzione all’organizzazione delle unità aziendali, definendo ruoli, responsabilità e compiti
- Definire e implementare la strategia HR in linea con gli obiettivi istituzionali e di mercato
- Promuovere l’innovazione digitale e metodologica nei processi formativi e di selezione
- Analizzare e strutturare i processi e le procedure organizzative aziendali
- Assicurare la redazione e la diffusione della documentazione organizzativa (organigrammi, circolari, disposizioni interne, procedure)
- Coordinare tutte le fasi di gestione del personale: selezione, onboarding, valutazione, formazione
- Contribuire alla definizione delle politiche di sviluppo del personale, performance management e piani di carriera
- Definire e monitorare i KPI relativi all’efficienza delle risorse umane
- Supervisionare l’iter amministrativo relativo a contratti: assunzioni, proroghe, trasformazioni e cessazioni
- Laurea in materie umanistiche
- Master in Organizzazione Aziendale o Risorse Umane
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel medesimo ruolo, preferibilmente in aziende strutturate
- Solida conoscenza della normativa sul lavoro e dei principali contratti collettivi
- Ottime capacità organizzative, relazionali e decisionali

Chief of People
Chief of People responsibilities include designing and evaluating career paths, overseeing all HR functions and crafting strategies that meet company business goals.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team and abroad HR department, providing insights and recommendations on people-related matters
- Work closely with the leadership team to ensure effective objective setting & performance reviews.
- Formulate career development plans
- Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention, including conducting surveys and implementing action plans based on feedback

About This Opportunity:

For our client, we are looking for a
Chief of People
Chief of People responsibilities include designing and evaluating career paths, overseeing all HR functions and crafting strategies that meet company business goals.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team and abroad HR department, providing insights and recommendations on people-related matters
- Work closely with the leadership team to ensure effective objective setting & performance reviews.
- Formulate career development plans
- Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention, including conducting surveys and implementing action plans based on feedback
- Promote inclusion in the workplace and reinforce the company position as an equal opportunity employer in the industry
- Collaborate with department heads to identify current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure the hiring, onboarding and management procedures are lean and efficient
- Work with the finance department to run and supervise the payroll process
- Liaise with external consultants (job and legal)
- Develop HR policies and make sure people comply with it
Requirements and skills
- Work experience as a Chief HR Officer, VP of HR or similar role
- Experience in strategic planning
- In-depth knowledge of all HR functions
- Hands-on experience with HR software (Success factors, salesforce)
- Good understanding of Italian labor legislation
- Excellent leadership abilities
- Communication and problem-solving skills
- BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
- Fluency or C1 level in English is a must

Responsabilità Principali
- Collaborare con la Direzione all’organizzazione delle unità aziendali, definendo ruoli, responsabilità e compiti
- Definire e implementare la strategia HR in linea con gli obiettivi istituzionali e di mercato
- Promuovere l’innovazione digitale e metodologica nei processi formativi e di selezione
- Analizzare e strutturare i processi e le procedure organizzative aziendali
- Assicurare la redazione e la diffusione della documentazione organizzativa (organigrammi, circolari, disposizioni interne, procedure)
- Coordinare tutte le fasi di gestione del personale: selezione, onboarding, valutazione, formazione
- Contribuire alla definizione delle politiche di sviluppo del personale, performance management e piani di carriera
- Definire e monitorare i KPI relativi all’efficienza delle risorse umane
- Supervisionare l’iter amministrativo relativo a contratti: assunzioni, proroghe, trasformazioni e cessazioni
- Laurea in materie umanistiche
- Master in Organizzazione Aziendale o Risorse Umane

In particolare, si ricerca una figura da inserire come HR MANAGER presso la sede direzionale di Modena (MO), in via Marcello Finzi, n°481.
La risorsa, riportando alla Direzione, dovrà svolgere le seguenti attività:
Sviluppare e implementare strategie HR in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali.
Gestire i processi interni per la gestione delle risorse umane.
Coordinare i processi di selezione, onboarding e sviluppo del personale.
Supportare i manager nella gestione delle performance e nello sviluppo dei team.
Analizzare i KPI HR e proporre azioni di miglioramento.
Laurea in discipline giuridiche, economiche o affini.
Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruoli HR MANAGER o HR BUSINESS PARTNER in contesti strutturati.
Conoscenza approfondita della normativa del lavoro italiana.
Conoscenza di modelli di performance management e sistemi di valutazione.
