Our WW Operations network delivers millions of packages and smiles to Amazon customers every day. We are looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals who want to join our team as an Operations Manager.

In this role, you will lead and develop a team of salaried and hourly talent. You will be responsible for engaging your team during their shifts to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. To achieve this, managers are expected to provide their team with the tools needed for success while driving improvements in productivity and efficiency through data-driven decisions and analytical problem-solving.

You will also play a key role in maintaining our customer expectations to ensure customer orders are delivered at the right time, to the right location.

Our Operation’s workflow has three major components: First mile - where the product is housed and ready for order; Middle mile - where the order is hauled to your area; and Last mile - when the product is delivered to the customer’s door.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support, mentor, and motivate your salaried and hourly workforce
  • Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact
  • Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews, determining productivity requirements, and partnering with other Leaders to load balance
  • Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
  • Collaborate with all support teams including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, Human Resources to develop plans to meet business objectives
  • Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
  • Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts
  • Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud
  • Work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather
  • Continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs)
Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years of employee and performance management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • Valid and active USA state driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience

Il candidato selezionato lavorerà in stretta collaborazione con il Direttore Commerciale (Amministratore Delegato) e risponderà direttamente alla Direzione francese.

  • Raggiungere specifici obiettivi definiti dalla Direzione, apportando gli adeguamenti necessari al flusso di lavoro;
  • Esperienza decennale maturata nel medesimo ruolo;

About the Role

The Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in leading the Planning and Operations teams, managing staff responsible for booking and coordinating services such as motorcoaches, restaurants, trains and attractions. Responsibilities
  • Business & Process Management – Responsible for the Planning and Operations teams, overseeing daily activities to ensure service quality and alignment with market needs. Plan and monitor operational activities for both teams on a seasonal, monthly, and weekly basis, ensuring proactive follow-up on deadlines and consistency with company strategy, market trends, and customer expectations.
  • People Management – Lead, coach, and support the operations team to achieve high performance. Foster engagement, collaboration, and open communication, ensuring clear information flow, constructive feedback, and effective alignment within the team and with other stakeholders. Support team development through continuous coaching, feedback, and recognition to build a high-performing and motivated team.
  • Analysis & Performance Optimization – Proactively monitor and analyse KPIs, SLA adherence, pending tasks, overall costs, volumes, and margins to identify strategic improvement opportunities and guarantee excellent quality standards. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize supplier costs, drive revenue growth, and maximize profitability. Responsibility:

Operations Manager – Italy Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across corporate branches, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with company policies.
  • Implement and continuously improve operational systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Monitor and analyse performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure service quality and profitability targets are met.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain high service standards.
  • Manage budgets, financial data, and forecasting to support business growth.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Support the development and expansion of the branch network within Italy, including oversight of franchise operations.
  • Ensure legal compliance and alignment with corporate standards across all operational activities.

Operations Manager – Italy Skills required

  • Proven experience as an operations Manager within the car rental industry
  • Strong knowledge of operations management, organisational effectiveness, and process optimisation.
  • Solid experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • A degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 60% of the time, with more during high season May- Oct

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Manager with at least 2 years of experience to oversee and improve daily business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in process optimization, and the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow across departments

Analyze processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency

Manage budgets, reports, and internal documentation

Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other departments to support company goals

Monitor KPIs and operational performance, providing insights and solutions

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards

Support the onboarding and training of new employees

Assist leadership with strategic planning and execution

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in operations, administration, or project coordination

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficient in MS Office and project management tools

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
